- Clinomad praktika axtarışını asanlaşdırır, amma qəbulu vəd etmir — qərarı klinika verir. Qəbul alınmaması geri ödəniş səbəbi deyil.
- Paketlər birdəfəlik ödənişdir, abunə yoxdur və avtomatik yenilənmir. Ödənişi Paddle qəbul edir.
- Paketdən istifadə etməmisənsə, ödənişdən sonra 14 gün ərzində sorğu ilə pulu geri ala bilərsən; bu zaman paket bağlanır.
- Paket müddətində məktub və axtarış sayı limitsizdir; yalnız gündəlik ədalətli istifadə həddi var.

1. Xidmət
Clinomad (clinomad.com) tibb tələbələrinə Almaniyada praktika (Famulatur, Hospitation, PJ) üçün xəstəxana, şöbə və dərc olunmuş əlaqə ünvanlarını tapmağa, süni intellektlə fərdi məktub və CV hazırlamağa, məktubları öz e-poçtundan göndərməyə və cavabları izləməyə kömək edir. Clinomad vasitəçi və ya agentlik deyil: klinikalar adından danışmır, qəbul, viza və ya iş yeri vəd etmir və klinikaların qərarına təsir etmir.
2. Hesab
- Xidmətdən yalnız 18 yaşdan yuxarı şəxslər istifadə edə bilər. Hər şəxsin bir hesabı olur və məlumatı düzgün yazılmalıdır.
- Hesab şəxsidir: eyni anda yalnız bir cihazdan girmək olar; ilk məktubdan sonra profildəki ad kilidlənir; göndərən e-poçt hesaba ömürlük bağlanır və bir e-poçt yalnız bir hesabda işləyir.
- Məktublar yalnız profildəki adla göndərilir. Məktubda, şablonda və ya CV-də başqa şəxsin adı varsa göndərmə dayandırılır.
- Parolunu və tətbiq parolunu qorumaq sənin məsuliyyətindir.

- "Limitsiz" o deməkdir ki, paket müddətində məktub və axtarış sayı məhdud deyil. Poçtunu spam siyahısına düşməkdən və xidməti sui-istifadədən qorumaq üçün gündəlik ədalətli istifadə həddi var (hazırda gündə 50 məktub, 60 yeni şöbə axtarışı və 60 süni intellekt yazdırması). Bu hədlər xidmətin keyfiyyəti üçün dəyişdirilə bilər.
- Eyni kontakta ikinci dəfə ilk məktub göndərilmir; nəzakətli xatırlatma üçün ayrıca düymə var.
4. Ödəniş
Sifarişlərimizi onlayn satıcımız Paddle.com emal edir. Paddle.com bütün sifarişlərimiz üzrə rəsmi satıcıdır (Merchant of Record): ödənişi qəbul edir, vergini hesablayır, qəbzi göndərir, ödənişlə bağlı müştəri sorğularına və geri qaytarmaya baxır. Ödəniş zamanı Paddle-ın alıcı şərtləri də tətbiq olunur. Kart məlumatı bizə gəlmir.
Ödəniş təsdiqlənəndə paket hesabına avtomatik əlavə olunur. Onlayn ödəniş əlçatan deyilsə, paket hesabda seçilib administratora yazılır və ödəniş təsdiqlənəndən sonra əl ilə verilir. Dəvətlə gələn istifadəçi ilk paketinə endirim, dəvət edən isə paketinə əlavə günlər alır (məbləğ saytda göstərilir).
5. Pulsuz əlavə vaxt (Premium)
Bu, qəbul zəmanəti deyil — axtarışı davam etdirmək üçün əlavə vaxtdır. Premium paketində aşağıdakı şərtlərin hamısı ödənilibsə, paket bir dəfə, pulsuz uzadılır (hazırda +60 gün; dəqiq rəqəm hesabında göstərilir):
- paket müddətində Clinomad üzərindən ən azı 150 fərqli şöbəyə məktub göndərilib (say saytda göstərilir);
- heç bir müsbət cavab (qəbul, "mümkündür", müsahibə dəvəti) gəlməyib — nə cavab izləmə tapıb, nə də sən işarələmisən;
- profil ən azı 80% doludur;
- cavabların avtomatik izlənməsi açıqdır;
- müraciət paketin son 30 günündə və ya paket bitəndən sonrakı 30 gün ərzində edilir.
Pulsuz əlavə vaxt pul qaytarılması deyil, müddətin uzadılmasıdır və hər hesab üçün bir dəfə tətbiq olunur. Şərtlərin süni yolla ödənildiyi (məs. eyni məzmunlu kütləvi məktublar, müsbət cavabın gizlədilməsi) aşkar edilərsə, əlavə vaxt verilməyə və ya geri alına bilər.
6. Geri ödəniş
Qəbul vəd edilmir. Clinomad müraciət işini asanlaşdıran alətdir: kontakt tapmaq, məktub yazmaq, göndərmək və cavabları izləmək. Ödəniş bu alətdən istifadəyə görədir, nəticəyə görə deyil. Qəbul qərarını yalnız klinika verir və bu, müraciətin vaxtından, dil səviyyəsindən, boş yerdən və bizdən asılı olmayan başqa şeylərdən asılıdır. Ona görə qəbul alınmaması, cavab gəlməməsi və ya imtina geri ödəniş səbəbi deyil.
- Ödənişdən sonrakı 14 gün ərzində, əgər paketdən istifadə olunmayıbsa — sayt üzərindən heç bir məktub göndərilməyib, kontakt axtarışı edilməyib və süni intellekt heç bir məktub və ya sənəd yazmayıb — səbəb göstərmədən pulun tam geri qaytarılmasını istəyə bilərsən. Geri qaytarma avtomatik olmur — sorğu ilə olur.
- İstifadə başlayandan sonra (ilk kontakt axtarışı, ilk məktub və ya süni intellektin yazdığı ilk mətn) xidmət göstərilmiş sayılır və pul qaytarılmır. Ödəniş edərkən xidmətin dərhal başlamasına razılıq verirsən və bununla 14 günlük imtina hüququnun istifadə başlayanda bitdiyini qəbul edirsən.
- Sorğunu bizə (a.kamil0320@gmail.com, hesabının e-poçtu ilə) və ya birbaşa Paddle-a (paddle.net, ödəniş qəbzindəki keçid) göndərə bilərsən. Pul ödədiyin üsulla qaytarılır; bankın vaxtından asılı olaraq bir neçə gün çəkə bilər.
- Pul geri qaytarılanda həmin paket (və ya uzatma) hesabından dərhal götürülür.
- 14 gündən sonra geri ödəniş edilmir — qanunun tələb etdiyi hallar istisna.
- Xidmət bizim tərəfimizdən uzun müddət işləməyibsə, paketin müddəti həmin günlər qədər uzadılır.
- Sui-istifadə halında (məs. təkrar-təkrar alıb geri qaytarma, qaydaları pozduğu üçün bloklanmış hesab) geri ödəniş sorğusu rədd edilə bilər.
7. Qadağalar
- Hesabı başqası ilə paylaşmaq, başqasının adı ilə və ya başqası üçün məktub göndərmək, hesab satmaq.
- Spam, kütləvi və ya avtomatlaşdırılmış göndərmə; klinika əməkdaşlarını narahat etmək.
- Kontakt məlumatını öz praktika müraciətindən başqa məqsəd üçün toplamaq, kopyalamaq və ya yaymaq.
- Saxta məlumat, saxta sənəd və ya başqasının sənədi ilə müraciət etmək.
- Xidmətin hədlərini, qorumasını və ya ödənişini aşmağa cəhd; saytı avtomatik oxumaq (scraping).
Pozuntu aşkar edilərsə, hesab xəbərdarlıqsız bloklana bilər.
8. Məktubların məzmunu və süni intellekt
Süni intellekt məktubu sənin profilin və şöbənin ictimai məlumatı əsasında yazır, amma səhv edə bilər. Hər məktubu göndərməzdən əvvəl oxumaq və düzəltmək sənin məsuliyyətindir — göndərilən məktubun məzmununa sən cavabdehsən. Sistem heç vaxt öz-özünə məktub göndərmir.
9. Məsuliyyətin həddi
Xidmət "olduğu kimi" təqdim olunur. Xəstəxana saytlarından və xəritə xidmətlərindən gələn məlumatın tam və aktual olmasına, klinikaların cavab verməsinə və xidmətin fasiləsiz işləməsinə zəmanət vermirik. Qanunun icazə verdiyi həddə məsuliyyətimiz sənin həmin paket üçün ödədiyin məbləğlə məhdudlaşır.
10. Hesabın dayandırılması və dəyişikliklər
- Hesabını istədiyin vaxt özün silə bilərsən (Hesab → "Hesabımı sil"). Hesab 30 gün saxlanılır — bu müddətdə eyni e-poçt və parolla daxil olub bərpa edə bilərsən; sonra birdəfəlik silinir.
- Hər tələbəyə bir hesab: eyni cihazdan və ya şəbəkədən çoxlu hesab açmaq, birdəfəlik (müvəqqəti) e-poçtla qeydiyyat qadağandır və avtomatik məhdudlaşdırılır.
- Bu şərtlər dəyişə bilər; tarix və versiya yuxarıda göstərilir, əhəmiyyətli dəyişiklik saytda bildirilir.
- Bu şərtlərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi tətbiq olunur. Mübahisələri əvvəlcə danışıqla həll etməyə çalışırıq.
Terms of Service
- Clinomad makes the internship search easier, but does not promise an acceptance — the clinic decides. Not being accepted is not a reason for a refund.
- Plans are one-time payments: no subscription, no automatic renewal. Payments are handled by Paddle.
- If you haven't used the plan, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment; the plan is then closed.
- During your plan, letters and searches are unlimited; only a daily fair-use limit applies.
- Premium free extra time: if the conditions are met and no positive reply has arrived, your plan is extended once for free.
- An account belongs to one person: sharing, writing in someone else's name and spam are prohibited.
1. The service
Clinomad (clinomad.com) helps medical students find hospitals, departments and published contact addresses for internships in Germany (Famulatur, Hospitation, PJ), prepare personal letters and CVs with AI, send letters from their own email and track replies. Clinomad is not an agency: it does not act on behalf of clinics, does not promise acceptance, visas or jobs, and has no influence on clinics' decisions.
2. Your account
- The service is for people aged 18 or over. Each person may have one account and must provide accurate information.
- Accounts are personal: one device can be signed in at a time; the profile name is locked after the first letter; the sender email is bound to the account for life, and one email works with one account only.
- Letters are sent only under the profile name. If a letter, template or CV contains another person's name, sending is stopped.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and app password safe.
3. Plans and unlimited use

- Prices and durations are shown on the site. Prices may differ by country and are shown including tax at checkout. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription and plans do not renew automatically. Price changes do not affect plans already purchased.
- "Unlimited" means there is no cap on the number of letters and searches during your plan. To keep your mailbox off spam lists and to prevent abuse, a daily fair-use limit applies (currently 50 letters, 60 new department searches and 60 AI drafts per day). These limits may be adjusted to protect the quality of the service.
- A first letter cannot be sent twice to the same contact; there is a separate button for a polite follow-up.
4. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, calculates tax, issues the receipt, and handles payment-related customer service inquiries and returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Card details never reach us.
Once the payment is confirmed, the plan is added to your account automatically. If online payment is unavailable, you choose a plan in your account and message the administrator; the plan is granted manually after payment is confirmed. Invited users get a discount on their first plan, and the inviter gets extra days on their plan (as shown on the site).
5. Free extra time (Premium)
This is not an acceptance guarantee — it is extra time to keep searching. With Premium, if all of the following conditions are met, your plan is extended once, free of charge (currently +60 days; the exact number is shown in your account):
- during the plan you sent letters through Clinomad to at least 150 different departments (the count is shown on the site);
- no positive reply (acceptance, "possible", interview invitation) has arrived — neither found by reply tracking nor marked by you;
- your profile is at least 80% complete;
- automatic reply tracking is turned on;
- you claim it during the last 30 days of the plan or within 30 days after it ends.
Free extra time is an extension, not a refund, and applies once per account. If the conditions are met artificially (e.g. identical mass letters, hiding a positive reply), it may be refused or revoked.
6. Refunds
No acceptance is promised. Clinomad is a tool that makes applying easier: finding contacts, writing, sending and tracking letters. You pay for using this tool, not for an outcome. Only the clinic decides on acceptance, and that depends on timing, language level, available places and other factors outside our control. Therefore not being accepted, receiving no reply or a rejection is not a reason for a refund.
- Within 14 days of payment you may request a full refund without giving a reason, as long as the plan has not been used — no letter has been sent through Clinomad, no contact search has been run and the AI has not written any letter or document. Refunds are not automatic — they are made on request.
- Once use has started (the first contact search, the first letter sent or the first text written by the AI), the service counts as provided and is not refunded. At checkout you agree that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start using it.
- Send the request to us (a.kamil0320@gmail.com, from your account email) or directly to Paddle (paddle.net, linked in your receipt). The money goes back to the original payment method; depending on your bank this can take a few days.
- When a payment is refunded, that plan (or extension) is removed from your account immediately.
- After 14 days no refunds are made, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If the service is unavailable for a longer period due to us, your plan is extended by those days.
- Refund requests may be declined in case of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund, accounts blocked for breaking these terms).
7. Prohibited use
- Sharing your account, sending letters in someone else's name or for someone else, selling accounts.
- Spam, bulk or automated sending; harassing hospital staff.
- Collecting, copying or distributing contact data for any purpose other than your own internship application.
- Applying with false information, forged documents or someone else's documents.
- Attempting to bypass limits, protections or payment; automated scraping of the site.
Accounts may be blocked without notice if a violation is found.
8. Letter content and AI
AI drafts letters from your profile and public information about the department, but it can make mistakes. You are responsible for reading and correcting every letter before sending it — you are responsible for the content you send. The system never sends anything on its own.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that data from hospital websites and map services is complete and current, that clinics will reply, or that the service will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
10. Termination and changes
- You can delete your account at any time (Account → "Delete my account"). The account is kept for 30 days — during that time you can restore it by logging in with the same email and password; after that it is deleted permanently.
- One account per student: creating multiple accounts from the same device or network and signing up with disposable (temporary) email addresses is not allowed and is limited automatically.
- These terms may change; the date and version are shown at the top, and significant changes are announced on the site.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We first try to resolve disputes amicably.
